36 hours have passed since my second dose of COVID-19 vaccine and thankfully I didn't suffer from any major side effects. But from what I read online, I don't know if that's a good thing. 😅
Apart from being slightly lethargic and fleeting mild headache, I feel completely normal. Perhaps the side effects vary from person to person but I did make effort to hydrate myself (a lot) prior to the vaccine. In addition, I downed loads of liang teh (cooling herbal tea), coconut water and also a concoction of cbcbcc vege juice. That's cucumber, beetroot, capsicum, bittergourd, celery & carrot juice. 😆😆😆
Not saying all of those will definitely help, but I think you can't go wrong with drinking lots of fluids and resting for at least a full day!
